First 12 Month Limited Warranty Period

This “Seamer Down Now!” is warranted by Seamer Down Now! LLC to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover units damaged by abuse or where the unit is operated in an improper manner. Due to the fact that plastics become very brittle when put in extreme cold, there is no warranty if the “Seamer Down Now!” is left in temperatures below freezing and is damaged because it is dropped or hit while in an extreme cold state. There is no other warranty, hereunder, either expressed or implied. In the event of a defect, the “Seamer Down Now!” will be repaired or replaced at our option when returned postage prepaid, insured, to: Seamer Down Now! LLC, 632 Cedar Level Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, accompanied by a proof of purchase date along with a certified check or money order in the amount of $35.00. “Seamer Down Now! LLC” shall not be responsible for any other incidental, contingent or consequential charges or damages. There is a charge of only $35.00 shipping and handling fee for the first year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. All sales made after June 1, 2007, must have a warranty registration and proof of purchase filed with the offices of “Seamer Down Now!, LLC” located at: “Seamer Down Now! LLC”, 632 Cedar Level Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The warranty registration form is attached to this document. “Seamer Down Now” will pay return postage only within the contiguous 48 states.
Limited Warranty Replacement, Second And Third Year
(Only $58.00 replacement fee):
All of the criteria for the 1st year warranty apply to this second and third year replacement policy with the following exception: There is a replacement charge of 50.00 plus 8.00 shipping and handling charge for the second and third year. In the event of a defect, the “Seamer Down Now!” will be repaired or replaced at our option when returned postage prepaid, insured, to: “Seamer Down Now! LLC”, 632 Cedar Level Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, accompanied by a proof of purchase date along with a certified check or money order in the amount of $58.00. Also, all sales made after June 1, 2007, must have a warranty registration and a proof of purchase filed with the offices of “Seamer Down Now!, LLC” located at: “Seamer Down Now! LLC”, 632 Cedar Level Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The warranty registration form is attached to this document. “Seamer Down Now” will pay return postage only within the contiguous 48 states.
